Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Sesame Asian Chicken Salad with Almond Butter Dressing. This is going to be a short and sweet little post, because I just want to share this delicious, healthy weeknight recipe that is too good to pass up. This salad, adapted from Foolproof Living. I made a couple of simple change for the sole reason of making this super easy. Local store Wheatsville Co-Op has a salad mix called Beet and Kale that also has the shredded carrots and cabbage already in it. Tuesday, August 8, 2017.

Cookie, Cookie, Cookie Starts With C. Mine never turn out how I think they should. Now the perfectionist in me makes it hard for me to bake cookies with other people. I explain to them that the cookie project is not a 30-minute activity. I tell them making pretty sugar cookies sometimes takes days. Luckily, a few friends are up for the challenge.

Monday, August 10, 2015. These spicy little peppers are full of flavor and perfect in just about anything. The secret, in my opinion, is to add something creamy to the mix. The spicy peppers pair well with all sorts of cheeses and cream bases. Beer bread muffins with a queso core. Brie en croute with roasted hatch chile peppers and blackberry jam.
